Harsh or delayed shifting
Erratic shifting
Transmission slipping
Reduced fuel efficiency
Illuminated check engine light
Reduced or loss of power while driving
Failed pressure control solenoid C
Wiring or connection issues in the solenoid C circuit
Malfunctioning transmission control module (TCM)
Low or dirty transmission fluid
Faulty valve body
Internal transmission damage
Pressure Control Solenoid: This solenoid regulates the oil flow in the transmission. Problems with this solenoid lead to engine misfire, poor fuel economy, poor acceleration
Replace pressure control solenoid C
Check and repair damaged wiring or connections in the solenoid C circuit
Replace the transmission control module (TCM) if necessary
Check and replace low or dirty transmission fluid
Replace the valve body if necessary
Repair or rebuild the transmission if internal damage is found
