Description:

  • ECM (car computer) not able to read generator signals, and thus may not be able to do its job properly

Possible Symptoms:

  • Check Engine Light/MIL will be on

Possible Causes:

  • Faulty Generator (Alternator)

  • Generator harness is open or shorted

  • Generator circuit poor electrical connection
