Air Heater: Air heater warms the incoming air if it is cold. Problems lead to poor fuel economy
Inspect and test the intake air heater relay, and replace it if necessary
Check the wiring and connections in the intake air heater circuit for any damage, loose connections, or corrosion, and repair as needed
Test and replace the intake air heater control module if it is found to be malfunctioning
Check and replace any blown fuses related to the intake air heater
Test the intake air heater element and replace it if it is determined to be defective
