Description:

  • ECM (car computer) not able to read engine throttle signals, and thus may not be able to do its job properly

Possible Symptoms:

  • Check Engine Light/MIL will be on

Possible Causes:

  • Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)

  • PCM harness is open or shorted

  • PCM circuit poor electrical connection
